My Journey: A Holistic Life
Hi, I’m Sabrina. I'm a Holistic Coach, Thetahealer, Kidsyoga Teacher, and proud mother of three beautiful children. As a mother, I believe in the power of living in alignment with our values and prioritizing health, family, and well-being. My life has always been guided by a deep connection to holistic healing practices, which is why I’m passionate about offering others the tools to nurture their body, mind, and spirit.
In 2021, I faced a significant challenge: I contracted Covid and went through a difficult recovery journey that turned into long COVID. The exhaustion, brain fog, and difficulty concentrating were overwhelming, especially as a mom of two at the time. Things only got worse after the birth of my third child in January 2024, leaving me unable to keep up with the demands of daily life.
I tried every therapy under the sun in a desperate search for a solution, but it wasn’t until I began prioritizing my health through a more holistic approach, including Kangen Water, that things began to shift. This change led me to discover a business opportunity that not only aligned with my values of health and wellness but also allowed me to build financial freedom from home.
How I Found My Calling
